Tim Cook CEO คนใหม่ของแอปเปิล อีเมลแจ้งพนักงาน "Apple จะไม่เปลี่ยนแปลง"

หลังจากที่คุณ Steve Jobs ประกาศลงจากตำแหน่งซีอีโอ และคณะกรรมการบริษัทแต่งตั้งให้คุณ Tim Cook ขึ้นมารับตำแหน่งแทน เขาก็ได้ส่งอีเมลไปถึงพนักงานทุกคน โดยเริ่มต้นเขาได้กล่าวถึงความท้าทายใหม่ที่เขาจะต้องเจอในฐานะซีอีโอของบริษัทที่มีนวัตกรรมใหม่มากที่สุดในโลก นอกจากนั้นเขายังให้ความมั่นใจกับพนักงานว่า บริษัทจะยังไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง และยังได้ชื่นชมคุณ  Steve Jobs ว่าได้ว่าสร้างและวัฒนธรรมองค์การที่ไม่เหมือนกับบริษัทอื่นใดในโลกและพวกเราก็จะเป็นเช่นนั้นต่อไป
